Incredible security response

I was pickpocketed on 7 July 2019 in your Woodmead store and your security were amazing. They immediately closed the exit and pinpointed the woman who had done it and surrounded her vehicle. Moses spoke to the occupants of the vehicle and contacted the police. Another member of staff asked them to get out their car and that a when my phone was spotted in the woman's hand.

I cannot tell you how relieved I was to get my phone back and it's all thanks to the quick work of your security who were amazing. They are professional, efficient and polite. I only wish there was someway I could say thank you to all of them especially Moses!
