Incorrect Product Online Advertising - Air Fryer

Purchased an Airfryer through the online app of Makro. Product was advertised as Chef's Choice 13,5L CES-353, but recieved a DigiMark DGM-A3605 model, delivered via courier. Have reached out to Makro Support desk. No response. Very unhappy. Is this misleading advertising?
