Incorrect Pricing/Bad Service

I purchased a pre Black Friday deal from the Makro website. The item was advertised at 2699 but we were charged at 3299. I sent through an email to support and after 3 days received no response, I then sent that mail again and still after another 3 days received no response. I then called the online support desk who said that they would get back to me with a resolution that same day or the following day. Three days later still nothing, by this time we have already received the order. I finally got through to a supervisor, Anthony, who told me that the price that was advertised was incorrect and that the price was meant to be 2999 and that macro would not honor the deal of 2699 and that we could be refunded the difference or a full refund. I then asked that we be refunded the full amount and I was told that I need to return this to a Makro. I responded saying why should I have to return it since it was a fault on Makro's side with displaying the incorrect pricing, to which he responded that it was not Makro's fault since it did not go through at the ADVERTISED PRICE.......... Right, so how is that not Makro's fault????? They originally displayed the wrong price....
