Incorrect Pricing Received from the sales person and he went to check on the pricing

<p>I bought 3 swivel TV brackets on Tuesday but before purchasing I spoke with the salesman Donovan Dingwell and asked himabout the R379 and R479 bracket he said the R479 one was stronger although they never had any come backs with the R379 we then decided to take the R479. I paid for everything and when I left Makro I got an sms from my bank and then I realised I was over charged for the brackets . I then turned around and went back to Makro and the sales person in question remember and then spoke to the manager but he told us that the R599 they charged me was already on special so they can`t give it to me for the price I saw on the shelf and with the confirmation of the sales person that the brackets was indeed R479 . I was very upset and gave the brackets back as you can`t display a price and sales person confirmed the pricin and now make it the clients problem, after I left Makro i had to go look for these brackets which was needed for a job urgently this is so frustrating also they could`nt put the money back on my card they paid me in cash what a flippin nuisance. I will never shop at Makro ever again. I wanted a washing machine but I will go to Tafelberg as I also get top notch service and if its their fault I get the product for the price it was marked I don`t have to fight for anything .
