Incorrect order recieved

@MakroSA, your service is absolutely disgraceful!

I ordered a smar****ch for R498, but you sent me the wrong item scratched, paint-stained, and worth less than what I paid! I reported this on March 10th, followed up on March 13th, and again today yet I’m still being given the runaround with NO resolution!

This is beyond frustrating. I shouldn’t have to beg for what I paid for! Either send me the correct smar****ch immediately or refund me in full and don’t expect me to pay a cent to return your mistake!

Fix this NOW! This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Absolutely unacceptable! #MakroFail #PatheticService
