Incorrect item delivered now i have to wait
I have ordered a board game from Makro online for this weekend event, it arrived today but is a baby's spinning toy, report the matter but now have to wait for them to fix their mistake. They could not help me telephonically, have to wait for someone to call me first... when I wonder. Not happy at all. Very disappointed. They have my money and all I have is disappointment. I have two more orders due to arrive. Hope I do not have the same disappointment.

09 Dec 2024, 17:27no one has contacted me, I completed a return request which was supposed to be collected today. 09 12 24.....no one has pitched up it is 17:24 09 12 24......actually did not expect much. Please just refund my money and deal with the incorrect item when you find the time.

12 Dec 2024, 11:00received a call yesterday from the courier, they are at my gate, they were not in front of my gate, asked where are you, said there is a school nearby, there is no school nearby me. They were at the same street name in Sunward Park, I am in Kempton park. Needless to say they arrived this morning. Wonder how long the refund will take.
