Incorrect Item attempted delivery
I ordered a Yeastar S100 PBX and Makro online store attempted to deliver a Parrot S100 paper shredder, the order was partnered with FirstShop as the fulfillment supplier, so really it is questionable where to really place the blame, naturally I rejected the delivery and sent the parcel back with the courie. I am in the process of trying to address this with Makro online and will post reviews as I go, but so far it is not really an order I am happy about. I have ordered previously with Makro online and if they have stock on hand the deliveries were correct and a little ahead of their 2-5 days estimations for fulfillment. Let's see, will keep you all posted.

Cohen from Makro, I think the Strubensvalley branch nearest me, called me on Thursday last week and advised me the correct item will be delivered either Friday (yesterday) or Monday next week (20 Feb 2023). Lets hope the correct item gets delivered on Monday as I have not received it as Yet.

24 Feb 2023, 10:04To cut a very long and protracted engagement lasting over two weeks from proving stock availability proof from third-party supplier to Makro and also trying/attempting to negotiate a concessionary additional payment for a pricing difference that Makro turned down flat, Makro cancelled my orders and refunded my money. (Still await the second order refund, but sure it will still happen).
My only advice is be careful of buying specials or bargains on Makro online store as you may be disappointed.
