Incorrect invoicing and delivery of groceries

I paid for 4 cans of chickpeas and only 1 can was invoiced and delivered.. I made you guys aware and I received a call from Tshego who assured me that he will check and arrange for them to be delivered.. He called again and told me they were out of stock but were waiting for stock to arrive.. He told me that a refund won’t be possible because the invoice had an incorrect number of items and assured me that the other 3 will be delivered.. A day later I get an email from Noosi Phalatse that a refund was processed and I will reflect in 3-5 working days! 5 days has passed and no refund in sight! I unfortunately need this to be sorted out because I paid with my money and no matter how small the amount is.. It’s mine! Fix this
