Incorrect invoice

After ordering a fridge online i received an invoice for a stove attached to the fridge. Have been trying to get the correct invoice for 3 days. Today 13 Feb, i had to call the call centre 4 times requesting the invoice, all promising to email the invoice since 0800 this morning.

Unacceptable. Unable to download invoice from website either.
