Incorrect details

Strange when you get an emailed invoice from Makro Alberton, GP with your card details & name on the invoice when you are in Cape Town & don't know anyone in the Alberton, let alone who would have your card details. So you call the contact centre & ask them how it could happen & their response is "someone must have given the wrong details" & "it's happened before" - are there no control checks in place to ensure that the wrong details aren't given out???? My name & address is on the invoice & who knows where the original copy is or who has it & who knows what could happen should these details land in the hands of the *************??? Don't deserve any stars
