Incorrect advertising at makro
Recently placed a order for Xbox one s because it was advertised with gears of War 5 and fifa 20 only to be told it was a adverti*****t mistake. I literally only took this deal because I thought it was with both games. And now I have to accept it because it was a mistake. This is totally unacceptable. All I was told via email by one of the team leaders, is sorry for inconvenience caused. For a company like makro that is so big I am disgusted that is all I was told. They clearly don't value their customers.
