Inconvenient service
The time from payment to delivery is just so inconvenient and ridiculous. In this day and age does one stilll have to wait for 10 days just for a delivery of a product that is fullly paid. I just don't understand. I've bought from Makro before and i did not receive this ridiculous service.

I complained and all i get is a lame email, checked my status still at the very same stage but u said my status has been updated. So now i need you to clarify for me what must i do for you to be able to fulfil my order?
