Inconvenience, poor customer service from and no confidence in your Ecommerce

I placed an order of ATV HT616 Jeep Ride on the 24/06/2025 as gift for my daughter whose birthday is on the 1st of July, the order was set to be delivered 'on the 30th of June but nothing has been forth coming, and I didn't receive any communication until I made contact with your customer service team, I spoke to an agent by the name of Poleta and her Manager Themba refuses to speak to me. This is an unacceptable behave from management who is in a customer service. I do not have my order, and I'll fail my daughter on her birthday. Thank you for your poor.
