Inconvenience online shopping

I'm so disappointed with Makro online shopping 🛍 I purchased items worth R5900 on the 12 of June 2023 to be delivered at my house. Then received an email that some of item were not available at makro they will refund me or send a voucher. No Management or any members of Makro contacted me.I have sent several emails complaining and trying to find out about refund no luck. The only time I get an email from them it is when I reached them other than that they don't care about their customers. I want my money back Makro and Massmart. Please anyone who want to buy online with Makro. I beg....READ THE REVIEWS. We are not happy with Makro online shopping..
