Inconsistent poor service
Order placed 1st April’26, delivery shows online for the 8th of April’26. Checked snd showed delivery today the 7th. I did not leave my house because I didn’t want to miss the delivery. It’s now 20:20 and still no delivery. The store my order OD*** was placed with 143km away, so why is it taking 8 days for delivery.
Another order OD*** of mine was placed on the 29th of March’26 and delivered 31 March’26.
How and why. Standard should be consistent

10 Apr 2026, 13:01Makro advertised 290cm length curtain and when you open package it’s only 218cm long. Same order that took them 8 days to deliver. Only quick to collect and refund not even trying to resolve issue or replace item
