Inconsistency on Makro stores

I'm so disappointed about the consistency with this store I went to Makro Springfield I qued and they have essentiall services que, the item I wanted was out of stock I decided to go to Makro Cornubia I was tolt to go for a que again and they have no essential services que.. I then qued for 45 minutes and the people I'm qued with are not working as a result I arriveate at work and I'm charged I got leave without pay because of this disorganized of Makro.. My question is why all other retailers provide essential ques bu Makro in Cornubia doesn't? Do they understand that essential workers are working 24 hours while others sleeping and yet are subjected to ques? This is very unfair and unprofessional all apliences I buy them from this sore and their arrogance proves that they don't care I regret of coming to this store and never again.
