Inconsiderate

Painstaking, Agonising, Tedious process dealing with Makro Online. Took me nearly a month to get a simple refund. They don't care about the time and cost that goes into sitting on the phone day after day after day. Deduct the costs from the refund, there wasn't much left over. What a total waste then they think they will write some sweet apology and it will make it ok but they don't realise what they really done.
