Incomplete order received and no communication for the rest

Placed an order online 9 days ago. Order arrived 5 days later, incomplete. No one responds to my emails. When you try call them you get a robot, it’s literally not possible to get any resolution here. What is the point in online shopping when you have to go there anyway to see what is happening with the rest of your order? No updates or any communication for order number MAK*** and delivery time now falls well outside their promised timeframe
