Incomplete order - no feedback from Makro
Made an online purchase with these guys. Placed an order for 6x 6 packs of juices for my kids and received only 2. That's a whole 24 juices short. It's been over 2 weeks, escalated on all platforms, spoke to about 4 agents all of who said that they were escalating to the store (Strubensvalley) but still no feedback. 2 date I still so not have my kids juices. *******.

25 Jun 2024, 07:13I'm still waiting for Makro Strubensvalley to deliver my missing items. First ticket was logged and escalated on 07 June. Makro hello Peter team said they escalated to the store last week. Still nothing from the store. Do I have to go to Strubensvalley myself and perform? This is really disappointing from Makro because I use their services all the time. I just want what I paid for.
