Incomplete order

Makro has given me an incomplete order and won’t get back to me, I ordered a washing machine and a blender and only received the washing machine. The order status remains as compared/delivered when it is neither of those, I’ve sent emails, called and even messaged via WhatsApp. Nothing. What is actually wrong with you people?
