INCOMPLETE ORDER DELIVERED BY MAKRO 28/02/2025

I ordered 2 boxes of KitKat 2 finger chocolates on Makro online on 28 Feb 2025 and only received 1 box. After numerous emails and phone calls I still haven't been assisted, no one has bothered to call me back. Whilst I understand that Makro outsourced, I paid them and the least they can do is to try and get to the bottom of this. So disappointed at such poor service.
