Incomplete order delivered

I ordered 3 gym punch bags and only two were delivered, I have called Makro online countless times and i get the same update from the consultants, that they are contacting the supplier and someone will call me back. I have not received any call back from Makro. Today i was placed on hold for more than 15 mins until the line got disconnected.

I will not recommend Makro online, their service is the worst. Never will i order online with Makro again
