Incomplete order and lack of service

I placed an order on the 20th of September and I did not receive everything. I called your online contact center and I was asked to call Crown Mines. I called Crown Mines and Rina answered, without even listening to me, she just transferred my call to online. Mind you that I was told to call Crown Mines. I called three more times at Crown Mines and the very same person Rina, still not listening to me wants to transfer me to Online. I want tl be contacted today about my order.
