Incomplete order

I orderd a Gorilla Sports 70 kg Weight Bench with 70kg Vinyl Weight Plate and Barbell Set Home Gym Combo () Product ID: HGCH6KB8WBZ5CYZY. I only recieved the bench. But did not recieved the weights nor the barebell. I did send a email on the 16/12/2024 but did not get any feed back from Makro. I also followed up with the courier comp, thy comfirm there was only the one piece send with them. As a regular customer of Makro on line i am very disapointed. And will think twice befor ordering again. This is realy not the service i expected. As this was orderdas a christmas gift.
