Incomplete Order

Makro Riversand is always the pits! I received a message yesterday that my order was delivered whilst I didn't receive anything. Called them and was not helped. This morning the courier delivered, but it is an incomplete order. My 25kg dog food is missing and my dogs don't have food. I called Riversand and they put me on hold without even telling me and was told on their system they show that I received a complete order. The courier said the third parcel was canceled and they don't know why hence they delivered the 2 they had. Where is my dog food Makro Riversand? I am so mad!!!
