INCOMPLETE ORDER

BAD SERVICE. DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR RATING I ordered 5 x SMTE-5m Extension Cord with a Tow Way Multi Plug Extension Lead bulk 3 pack and 3 x SMTE=10m Extension Cord with a Tow Way Multi Plug Extension Lead bulk 5 and only received 3 x Units of 5m Extension Cords and 3 x Units of 10m. 2 x Units of 5m Extension Cords was outstanding. I immediately sent an email to MakroOnlineSupport and to the Bloemfontein Branch and phoned numerous times to follow up. Finally got a response from Rudi, Bloemfontein Branch, that the order was sent by a Third Party, Market Place, but who is taking responsibility for this incomplete order? I don't understand how difficult it can be to schedule delivery for the remaining two units. Surely they can track the stock!!!! It is frustrating to call almost every second day without getting the right assistance and positive feedback. I just want my outstanding 2 x Units.
