Incomplete order

Hello Peter my name is Boitshepo Mokgobinyane and I would like to express my disappointment with Makro online. I ordered 100 Disposable non-woven over shoes, 4 Nutellas and 6x2litre Oros and to my surprise they separated the order into two. I first got my disposable overshoes and today as I expected the Nutellas and Oros I only got the Nutellas but not the Oros. Honestly the level of incompetence is extremely high with Makro Woodmead. This is the end of online shopping for me with Makro, I want my Oros or a full refund. So how can the last of my order exclude the Oros?
