Incomplete order
I've placed an online order for 2 TV boxes but I only received 1, I have lodged a complain via their whatsapp and their customer service center via email but I didn't get any response. I was suppose to send both the TV boxes to my clients by Monday the latest but I guess that will not happen, all thanks to their bad service and unprofessionalism.
