Incomplete online order.
I am very dissapointed in Makro at their level of commitment to resolving customer issues. I bought online an order over R3000. I received my order in 2 deliveries. 1st one but the 2nd one still had items missing. 4x 750ml Sunlight Liquid. I called them after 1st delivery, they confirmed what was outstanding and confirmed ETA. Even with 2nd delivery, the 4 Sunlight did not arrive. Ive been speaking with consultants on Makro's whatsapp page, they take my details and say they will investigate then I never hear back from them.
What must I do to get my 4x Sunlight liquid that I paid for and never received?
