Incomplete laptop repairs done under warranty
I bought a Lenovo 5th generation laptop last year June. The laptop performance is very slow. Took it for repairs 2 times and still not function well. With the last repairs now August I was told I need to upgrade my software in order to have the laptop fully functional. However the laptop came STD with software and I didn't have to install anything but now to my surprise I must pay to make the laptop work after they tried to repair it twice. I'm really not happy with the service received from Makro Woodmead
