INCOMPLETE ITEM DELIVERED

I ordered a fan at makro it came incomplete , I logged a return on the 05.02.2024 till this date its not collected said part is that ive never used it as it was delivered incomplete , I have contacted makro several times , they promised to escalate but nothing is happening im sitting with a product that I cant even use yet it was paid for , your service is very POOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
