Incomplete installation of TV

Purchased an LG OLED55CX from Woodmead branch which includes a premium installation service. The company they chose to install the tv at my place (WiredUp) did not finish the wall mounting on the first try as they did not know how to use the bracket I provided. They said they would come back and complete the job, however I haven’t heard from them or the LG rep for 3 weeks now. I’ve had to get it wall mounted at my own cost in the mean time.
