Incomplete delivery on my order

I've Ordered four boxes of five litres thirsti water - only one box was delivered. Logged a case in makro website but no feedback back yet. Note one box contains four five litres but only one box was delivered and they had marked my order delivered. What happened to the other 3 boxes???
