INCOMPLETE DELIVERY

I placed an online order from Makro Woodmead and after following numerous time on the delivery, when they delivered my order was incomplete with only 2 of 3 boxes received. I send them an email with the issue and 2 days later a lady from their Woodhead branch called me to get the details of the outstanding items. To-date I have not received any update or the missing items. I am a loyal Makro customer but I can confirm this order will be my last after the experience I've had.
