Incomplete delivery

Terrible service from Makro online shopping. My order was delivered with an item missing, which shows a serious lack of quality control. This defeats the whole purpose of online shopping convenience. I’m disappointed and frustrated, and I will seriously think twice before ordering online from Makro again.
