Incomplete delivered Order
I ordered a 7kg Hisense washing machine on the 5th of August 2024 valued at R4999 that was part of their birthday sale and as a result purchasing the machine meant that one gets a free gift made up on 3X sunlight washing liquid.
Upon delivery only the washing machine was delivered and there were no sunlight washing liquid as indicated when advertised. i have spent he last week calling and making follow ups- being sent from one store to another, being told that i will receive an email with details of the outstanding items.
To this day, i haven't received an email let alone acknowledgement of the outstanding items and alternatives in getting them to be delivered. this has been the worst buying experience as a first-time buyer.
Just an update 2 months later
I still haven’t received the missing items instead I received an sms that my goods were delivered and signed for yet I received no call or let alone sms notifying me of an attempted delivery.
According to their tracker an attempt was made on the 4th of October and a delivery was done and signed for on the 5th of October yet they are reattempting again for the 8th of October.
I was promised a call since the last time I complained but never received any, I had to be the one doing constant check ins on their twitter page and getting empty promises.
