Incomplete cutlery set delivered

Makro online is a **** I bought a 24 piece cutlery gold and white set guess what they delivered a gold incomplete set with 3 missing knives and 2 missing forks. It’s been 3 weeks now I call weekly to get assistance even went to the Makro branch but I was told I cannot get help because i didn’t buy from them but from their suppliers but I didn’t know that I was following the brand Makro I didn’t know it’s a second or third party. Now I’m sitting with an incomplete wrong colour cutlery set that I paid R600.00 for. I’m so angry and not getting help and people should stop buying from Makro online it’s a **** **** **** **** **** they are ****ming people.
