I placed an order 1 Jan 2023. order was to be delivered 07 Jan and I told them (Nompumelelo) our office is close on a Saturday. I said should I rather use my home address and she said it would delay things I should rather wait for Monday (09 Jan) 09 Jan I contacted them and they said it will be delivered the same day. no delivery. 10 Jan I contacted them again, no one could give me a clear answer as to where my order is. Call center people is clueless, it's being escalated to god knows where because nothing is being done. Riversands store don't answer. I contacted them via phone calls, emails, Facebook absolutely no answer as to where this phone is . It's like trying to get an answer about load shedding
