I ordered my essentials on the 15th of April thinking I would receive my goods within 2-5 days as promised on their website. It's day 9 and I still have not received my package. When I checked online the status of my order just says Order Confirmed.I have called the Online Call Centre numerous time and was told my ordered has not even been packed and they will get a packer to do that. When I asked why I was not informed I was told they have a backlog of orders. The decent thing for them to do was to advise me that my package will be delayed. This is pathetic service for a provider who promises to deliver goods 2-5 days after your order has been placed. This is highly unacceptable and I will not recommend buying Online from Makro to anyone as this is a total waste of time and money.
