I bought a dishwasher and a washing machine yesterday at makro alberton yesterday so the washing machine was coming wing a free basket and I was told that I can’t take the basket it would be delivered with everything, today I got my stuff except the basket and the driver told me to go to the and before I went to the i call the shop and the manager at sales told I can come get it, when I got there the sales people didn’t know which basket I must get since there was no barcode on it and what I thought would take 5minutes it end taking more time from me and now I was held back by the security and and. Cut long story I was now angry and went back to the manager and told him I want the basket to be delivered as per agreement and he refused and I left the basket there cos I don’t understand how is that my problem now, what makes me angry is that, they wasted my time and the were not apologetic about it, *********** manager and stuff
