I placed an order online on the 28th of Feb and was told delivery would happen on the 4 Mar. Today is the 8th of Mar and my order has still not been assigned to a courier. I wouldn't have known this had I not called to find out where my order is, which means your deliverability and communication are both sitting at a zero. This order is time dependant and should I not have it today I will no longer have a need for it and want my money refunded back into my account TODAY so I can purchase the item from merchants who can deliver immediately.
