Ordered and payed for 100g Jacobs Kronung Coffee for R84.45,Was under the impression that it was for 200g.Subsequently phoned the customer contact center and spoke to Mosi who informed that he was frontline and that my request is going to another department and he does not know how long it will take??Really????
