*********** call centre staff
Made a purchase which qualified for R500 rewards 3 weeks ago and still not loaded on the app. Called the called centre and was assisted by a very *********** Mpho who fails to resolve the matter every time I call. Went into the store and they refer me back to the useless call centre. Why advertise a benefit and then not deliver???
