*********** business that *****s money and hides on not having stock!

I am so mad at Makro right now. I made an order for tissues on Monday the 8th, order was confirmed but not processed. 3 days later i call them they tell me some bull about escalating the problem. After sending me from pillar to post and pillar again today they are telling me they are out of stock? Are you crazy? 4 days later? After No stock why then did you take my money? Why? Send me my tissues Makro and stop with this ***********, stupid behavior!
