Incompetency at the highest level.

I made an order with makro on the 13th Of May 2023. It’s now August and I’m still fighting over this order. The customer service online is giving automated responses. No communication whatsoever it’s always me contacting. And Yeap they’ll immediately try to contact as soon as you wrote a review, giving you false hope, then radio silence afterwards. Leaving you frustrated. I’ll keep writing no problem, I want my refund Makro.
