Incompetency at its best

Its been 2 months and 3 days, 3 phone calls and 2 emails later since i placed my order on the 3rd April 2023. Firstly they say they will deliver within 5-7 days but my order arrived 3 weeks later after having to call them to enquire about my order. Then the bottle was delivered, firstly the box had been tampered with and the damn bottle still had the store security tag on it. So what am i supposed to do, break into the bottle? Its now 2 months later and im still sitting with a bottle I cannot open and im minus over a thousand rand for my purchase
