Incompetence or diligence.

I have purchased a hand held console online and was assisted by the store sales person. He said that I would receive delivery within 3 working days. It's almost a month and I have not received anything. I have called customer service numerous times, but they said that they cannot do anything. Guys this is the worst store that I have dealt with in my life. The customer services are not helpful at all and they phone lines don't even work. Even if I decide to cancel o will have to wait for 7 to 14 days to get my money back. Please don't fall in this trap again as their supplier is also not very customer orientated. The delivery is coming from Joburg but it looks like it's coming from oversees. Don't fall prey to this.
