Incompetence is Real Makro!!!

Makro don't take me for a ride please! I placed an order online which you cancelled due to unavailability. Refund was done on 17th and I still wait for my money! To top it all, they didn't have stock but the item is still showing available stock online! You call them and the team leaders are in meetings. Been escalated on Monday and Tuesday, no call back! The consultant reckons my network may be the reason I am not receiving my money, lol!
