Incompetence in it's best

Makro has once again failed to deliver my order.

Yesterday I was notified that my delivery was on the way, but it never arrived and no communication was provided. Today I was told it is “impossible” to deliver, even though it’s still early in the day.

This is not the first time this has happened. There is clearly a repeated issue with Makro’s delivery service and lack of communication.

I have been inconvenienced multiple times and this is unacceptable. I need urgent resolution and accountability.
