Incompetence

I placed an order for a breast pump from Makro on the 2nd of July, and at the time of purchase, it clearly stated that delivery would be made by Saturday 5th. It's now the 9th, and not only has the item not been delivered, it hasn't even been shipped yet.

This is completely unacceptable, especially for an essential item like a breast pump. As a customer, I re**** on the promised delivery timeline and planned accordingly. There's been no proactive communication, no updates, and no indication as to when I can actually expect the item to arrive.

Makro’s service has been unreliable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I expected far better from a company of this size. If you're thinking of ordering anything time-sensitive from them, think twice. I will definitely reconsider using Makro for any future purchases.
